Refund Policy  The Treasure Trove

At The Treasure Trove, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

• Non-returnable items include gift cards, sale items, and personalized/custom products.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within the 14-day window for the same product (different size, color, etc.), subject to availability.

• Please contact us before returning the item to confirm exchange options.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your return.
